この規格は,主として自動車に使用する冷間圧造成形のフランジ付き呼び径六角ボル ト(以下,ボルトという｡)について規定する｡このボルトは，円筒部での変位規制又はせん断強度を必要とする 場合に用いる。一般用途には，ＩＳＤ－Ｃ０１－５０１Ｙの有効径ボルトを使用する。

注記 ２００℃以上の部位に使用する場合は締結軸力の低下，材料強度の低下に留意し，材質の指定が必要な 場合は図面を発行して使用すること。

This standard covers the hexagon flange bolts with nominal diameter body formed by cold forging, used only where positioning with use of bolt body is required (hereinafter referred to as "bolts"). This bolt is used in case of requiring the displacement regulation of barrel or shearing strength. For general uses, hexagon bolt with reduced shank specified in "Hexagon bolts with flange" (ISD-C01-501Y) shall be used.

Remark: When the bolts should be used in the locations whose temperature rises 200°C or higher, attention shall be paid to reduction of tightening axial force and of strength of materials and in case of needing to specify materials, their materials shall be used by issue of drawings.
